MIXER-----High Viscosity Dispersing (DSM- Double shaft mixer)

It is high speed dispersers equipment.The mixer has three leaf butterfly blade.
It is with two separate shafts.Slow speed sweep impeller starts product moving and forces into high speed dispersing blade.
The machine can be designed with two models: Vacuumizing model or without Vacuumizing.
The agitator can move up and down automatically in order to improve the mixing efficiency.
Higher with 2 speed motors and variable frequency drives.It is applied to the industry of High viscosity putty,adhesive and offset ink industry.
BFM Series is our regular models.If customer need Vacuumized type,it is BFMV series,other technical datasheet is same as BFM series.
BFM series machine is for High viscosity materials,we suggest customer to use it together with another machine named extruding machine.
